WISCONSIN – Following former Senate candidate Eric Hovde’s continued claims that the election was illegitimately stolen, the Democracy Defense Project – Wisconsin board released the following statement:
“The 2024 election was fairly adjudicated and the Presidential and Senate candidate selected by the people of Wisconsin were duly elected – claims to the contrary like Mr. Hovde posted today are purely for the purposes of self-promotion and ego boosting. For the 3rd consecutive election cycle, the people of Wisconsin have elected a statewide Democrat and Republican, making it the norm rather than the exception. Mr. Hovde’s dispersions on our election officials is an affront to the hard work they put in each election.”
